I believe the most important things in a functioning society are qualified and experienced medical and educational staff, and access for all to healthcare, schooling, legal support and protection, jobs, and homes. Protection for the unlucky, support from the lucky. An awareness that no man is an island. And, of course, doing everything we can with experts in science, agriculture, planning and production to ensure we all have air to breathe and water to drink in the coming years. 

(Quick reminder that unchecked capitalist market forces give us: massively increased inequality, terrifying power differentials, dangerous misinformation, fear and division, and a dying planet.
